About Devlumio

A digital product studio built around getting you launched

We take ideas from concept to shipped product — strategy, design, and development handled by one team that stays involved after launch.

Our story

Why Devlumio exists

Most digital projects do not fail because the code is bad. They fail in the gaps — between a strategy nobody wrote down, a design nobody validated, and a build nobody could hand over. Devlumio was set up to remove those gaps by keeping strategy, design, and engineering in one team.

We work with startups, small businesses, and entrepreneurs: people who need a partner who can say what something will cost, build it, and still be reachable six months later. That means honest estimates, short milestones you can see, and full ownership handed over at the end.

Alongside client work we build and publish our own apps and games. It is not a side project — it is quality control. Every process we recommend to a client is one we run on products where we carry the risk ourselves, which is a fast way to find out which advice actually holds.

Principles

How we decide things

Six commitments we hold to on every project, including the ones where it costs us.

  • You own everything

Code, designs, accounts, and domains are yours from the first commit. There is no lock-in clause and never will be.

  • Estimates are honest

We would rather lose a project to a lower bid than win it on a number we know we will exceed.

  • Scope is a conversation

When something new is worth building, we say what it costs before we build it — not on the final invoice.

  • Small and finished beats big and pending

A narrow product in real use teaches more than a broad one still in review. We ship, then widen.

  • Accessible is not optional

Keyboard paths, contrast, and screen-reader labels are part of the definition of done.

  • Security is a default

Least privilege, encrypted at rest, secrets out of the repository. On every project, not only the regulated ones.

How we work

A simple four-step process

You always know what is happening, what it costs, and what comes next.

  1. 01

    Discover

We map your goals, users, and scope, then agree on a clear plan and budget.

  2. 02

    Design

Wireframes become polished, clickable designs you approve before any code.

  3. 03

    Develop

We build in short milestones with working previews you can test along the way.

  4. 04

    Launch

We ship to production, hand over the keys, and support what comes next.
