About this notice

This notice describes browsing, enquiries, and the client workspace on the Devlumio studio website. It does not describe the data practices of other products linked from this site. Devlumio is a founder-led studio; use the contact address below for questions about your information.

Client accounts and project workspace

When the client portal is enabled, Supabase processes your email address and sign-in verification, and stores the project information you share with Devlumio. This includes client membership, project details and milestones, discussion messages, files, approval decisions, and support or change requests. These records are shared with the Devlumio administrator and authorized members of the same client account. Signing in does not grant access to another customer's projects.

The portal uses your browser's session storage to keep your sign-in within the current tab. Signing out clears the local session. Closing the tab normally removes this storage; browser session-restoration features may restore it. You can also remove it by clearing this site's browser data. The portal does not store sign-in tokens in persistent local storage.

Files are stored privately, and each download checks your current project access. A downloaded copy remains on your device and can be shared outside the portal; revoking access cannot remove copies already downloaded. Avoid uploading passwords, payment-card details, or other information that is unnecessary for the project.

Project records remain in the workspace until removed by Devlumio. Access can be revoked separately from record deletion. Operational audit records include the account, action, record identifier, and time, without copying file contents or message bodies. Contact Devlumio to request access corrections or deletion; project agreements, applicable record-keeping obligations, and provider backups may affect what can be removed and when. No automatic deletion schedule is currently applied.

Supabase is the authentication, database, and file-storage provider when this workspace is configured. See the Supabase Privacy Policy. The portal does not send project messages or files to an AI service.

Website and portal assistant

The assistant’s guided answers use published Devlumio information in your browser. When you choose a project in the portal assistant, it requests current information using your signed-in account and the same project-access controls as the portal. It reads limited project, milestone, approval, support-request and ready-file metadata. It does not read discussion messages, request bodies, or file contents, and it does not send project context to an AI provider.

The conversation is held in page memory. It is cleared on reload, on a project or account change, when leaving the workspace, or when you choose Clear conversation. Closing the assistant panel keeps the current conversation until one of those events. We do not save assistant transcripts in browser storage or our database, or send chat text to analytics. Asking a question does not send an enquiry, post a message, create a support request, download a file, or submit an approval.

The assistant matches questions to Devlumio’s published answers and portal guidance. Chat questions and conversations are not sent to an external AI provider. When the guide does not have a reliable answer, it directs you to the studio for help.

Preparing a project enquiry

The public contact page helps you prepare an email. It asks for your name, email address, project type, and message. Phone number, company, budget range, and timeline are optional.

Entering details does not send them to Devlumio. “Open email draft” passes the brief to your email app, where you review and send it yourself. Opening the draft does not send the email. “Copy brief” copies the text to your clipboard; you decide where to paste and send it.

The website does not save these entries in a contact database. They remain in the page while you prepare your brief. Your browser, clipboard tools, or email app may retain their own copies according to their settings.

Email correspondence

When you send an email, Devlumio receives the information and attachments you include, along with the sender address and other email headers. The founder uses that correspondence to respond, understand your project, and discuss any next steps. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to a mailing list.

Please do not include passwords, payment details, or sensitive customer information in an initial enquiry. If you need to share confidential material, discuss the arrangements first.

Hosting and email providers

The public website is served by GitHub Pages. GitHub handles the requests needed to serve it and may process technical information such as your IP address and request details. See the GitHub Privacy Statement.

Enquiry emails go to the Gmail address shown on the contact page. Google stores and processes those emails as the mailbox provider. Your chosen email provider also handles messages you send. See Google’s Privacy Policy and your own provider’s policy for their practices.

These services may process information outside your country. Their policies describe their own retention and data handling.

Browser preferences and analytics

The website uses Adobe Fonts to display its typography. Your browser requests font styles and files from Adobe, which receives technical information needed to serve them and records font usage for licensing and royalty purposes. Adobe states that its font service does not set or use cookies. See the Adobe Fonts Privacy Policy.

If you choose a display theme, the site stores that preference in your browser’s local storage. The site does not send that preference to Devlumio. You can remove it by clearing this site’s browser data.

Google Analytics is optional. No Google Analytics script is loaded and no analytics requests are sent unless you choose “Allow analytics.” “Not now” keeps analytics off. The “Analytics preferences” control in the footer lets you change this choice. The site also keeps analytics off when your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track.

When allowed, analytics counts visits to published pages and actions such as opening an email draft, copying a brief, or submitting an enquiry. It does not receive your name, email address, message, other form entries, or email-draft links. Page URLs omit query strings and fragments, and referral URLs are reduced to their origin. Google receives technical information needed to process the request, including your IP address, browser information, and cookie identifiers. We do not enable advertising features, Google signals, enhanced measurement of forms or clicks, or account-based user IDs.

Analytics cookies are configured to expire after 90 days without extending that period on each visit. Your analytics choice is stored locally for up to 180 days. Turning analytics off stops further measurements and removes this site's accessible Google Analytics cookies; it does not delete data already processed by Google. Google may process analytics information outside your country. See Google’s Privacy Policy for its practices.

Keeping and managing correspondence

Enquiry emails may remain in the correspondence inbox after the conversation ends. This website does not automatically delete inbox messages. The email providers may also retain copies according to their own settings and policies.

You can use the contact address below to ask about information in your correspondence, request a correction, or request deletion. Please identify the conversation you mean without sending additional sensitive information. A request may require confirmation that it comes from the person concerned, and any applicable record-keeping obligations must be considered.

Changes to this notice

The date above records the latest update. If the contact process, hosting, or use of information changes, this notice will need to reflect that change.
