We keep this site current, but it is marketing material rather than a specification. Timelines, budget ranges, and service descriptions are indicative. Nothing here is an offer, and nothing here is professional advice for your situation.
Products listed under our own label show a status — concept, in development, beta, or live. Anything not marked live has not been released, and dates given for it are targets rather than commitments.
Portfolio entries marked "Sample project" describe the categories of work we take on. They are illustrative and are not claims about delivered client work.
Intellectual property
The Devlumio name, logo, and the design of this site belong to Devlumio. Written content may be quoted with attribution and a link. Please do not reproduce the logo or brand assets without asking.
Client work
Project engagements are governed by a separate written agreement covering scope, price, timelines, confidentiality, and intellectual property. Where that agreement and this page disagree, the agreement wins. As a rule, our clients own the code and designs we produce for them on delivery.
Links to other sites
We link to third-party sites where they are useful. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
Liability
This website is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, Devlumio is not liable for any loss arising from your use of it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
