About this website

The Devlumio website introduces an independent digital product studio, describes services, and shows selected work and experiments. These terms concern the website. They are not a contract for design, development, or support services.

Project enquiries and agreements

Sending an enquiry starts a conversation. It does not reserve capacity, confirm a price, or create a project commitment for either party.

Any engagement needs a separate written agreement. That agreement defines scope, fees, payment stages, milestones, dependencies, confidentiality, ownership and licences, handover, support, and termination terms as appropriate to the work. Website descriptions do not replace those agreed terms.

Service descriptions and project status

Service pages describe work that can be discussed and scoped. A listed capability is not a promise that every project includes it. Dates, performance targets, testing coverage, and third-party integrations need to be agreed for the specific project.

Work and experiment pages identify the project’s current status. A prototype, concept, or work in development is not a released product. Screenshots and descriptions show the work documented on that page; they do not promise future features or release dates. Store approval and third-party service availability remain outside Devlumio’s control.

Using site content

You may link to this website and quote short extracts with attribution and a link to the source. Ask before reusing original project images, logos, or substantial portions of the site. Third-party names, software, and assets remain subject to their respective owners’ rights and licences.

Viewing this website does not transfer rights to a product, its code, or its design. Rights in commissioned work are addressed in the separate project agreement.

Responsible use

Do not use the site to send spam, impersonate another person, distribute malicious content, or interfere with its operation. If you notice a security concern, report it using the contact address below without including other people’s private information.

Email and external links

On the public contact page, preparing or opening a draft does not send an email. You must send it through your email service. The site cannot confirm that an email you send has reached the inbox.

Links to other products and services are provided for context. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. A link does not give Devlumio control over their content or availability.

Availability and updates

The website may change, be interrupted, or contain an error. Confirm any detail that matters to a project in the written agreement. The date above records the latest update to these website terms.
