API & System Integrations

Review a connection before committing to a build, or connect one agreed flow between two compatible systems. Integration Review delivers a read-only feasibility and mapping report. API Connection moves one type of record in one direction between two documented HTTPS APIs after a compatibility review. Businesses and individuals worldwide can use either package, with access, volume, timing and data limits confirmed before work. Payments, two-way sync and larger or legacy integrations require a separate quote.

Package scope and handover

A connection with agreed limits.

Review work stays read-only
Integration Review delivers a report and walkthrough. It does not write data, build a connector, change either system, or deploy production software.
Compatibility before implementation
Before an API Connection kickoff, we agree the volume, latency, payload size, access, supported authentication, and acceptance checks. The quote depends on compatible documented APIs and suitable permissions.
Recovery within provider capabilities
Retries are bounded and duplicate protection is included where the APIs support it. An uncertain write stops for inspection. We demonstrate the agreed failure and recovery paths with sample data before activation.
Your inputs and accounts
We confirm fit, scope, one language, and required access before work. You supply final content, branding, approved policies, and suitable provider accounts. Accounts and licenses stay in your name.
Two payment milestones
50% at kickoff. The remaining 50% is due after you approve the preview, before any agreed activation and handover.
A schedule we agree together
Estimates begin after we receive the deposit, complete inputs, and access. Timing depends on compatibility, provider approvals where needed, and timely, consolidated feedback.
Handover and agreed-scope fixes
The agreed deliverables and any included walkthrough follow final payment. For 14 days after handover, corrections for failures against the agreed scope are included. New requirements and ongoing maintenance are quoted separately.
Agreed acceptance checks
We agree acceptance checks before work and review the deliverables against them before handover. Prototypes and review reports are checked against their agreed questions and scope.

How we work

A shared view of the work

A practical starting point for the process. Milestones and reviews are tailored to the scope.

  1. Discover

Understand the problem, review the starting point, and define a useful scope.

    Example output

A proposed scope, budget, and milestone plan

  2. Design

Make the important flows and decisions visible before building them out.

    Example output

Agreed designs or technical approach for the scoped work

  3. Develop

Build in agreed milestones, with work available for review along the way.

    Example output

An implementation reviewed against the agreed acceptance criteria

  4. Launch
