Product Designer
Take products from research and flow through to a design system engineers can build against.
About the role
You would set the design bar for everything the studio ships, across client work and our own titles.
We build design systems rather than one-off screens, and we expect design to run right up to the handover, not stop at a mockup.
What you would do
- Run discovery, structure the flow, then design the interface
- Maintain design systems and tokens across projects
- Prototype and test with real users before development starts
- Review built work against the design and hold the line on quality
What we are looking for
- A portfolio of shipped digital products, not concepts
- Fluent in Figma, components, and token-driven systems
- Working knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA and what it means in practice
- Comfortable being in front of a client
