Senior Product Engineer
Build client products and our own apps end to end — TypeScript, React, and whatever the problem actually needs.
About the role
You would be one of the first engineers here, which means real influence over how we build and what we build with.
Roughly two-thirds client work, one-third our own products. You will ship things that go live rather than into a backlog.
What you would do
- Own features from design review through to production
- Set up and maintain deployment pipelines for the projects you lead
- Review other engineers’ work and be reviewed in turn
- Talk directly to clients about trade-offs, rather than through a layer
What we are looking for
- Five or more years building production web or mobile applications
- Strong TypeScript, React, and Node.js
- Comfortable owning a database schema and the queries against it
- Able to explain a technical trade-off to a non-technical client
